PRICE ALERTS
Assist your trading by receiving alerts via either email, text, push or on the trading platform when a market hits your specified level. Find out more about how to manage Price Alerts below.
OPENING A PRICE ALERT TICKET
To bring up the Price Alert ticket, find a market on which you wish to set an alert and click on the bell icon.
SETTING YOUR PRICE ALERT
On the Price Alert ticket you can choose your trigger method (either when your trigger point hits the sell, mid-point or buy level) and specify an expiry time.
You can also add your own custom message to remind yourself of the reason for each specific alert.
PRICE ALERT
When your alert triggers you will get a message that looks like the following image on our desktop platform.
You can click the price box for instant access to a deal ticket to execute your trade. If receiving a message via email, text or push you will need to login and trade.
EDITING YOUR PRICE ALERTS
Click the 'Price Alerts' link in the left-hand menu on our desktop site to bring up a ticket showing all your triggered and untriggered alerts.
You can edit or delete your alerts here if you wish.
PRICE ALERT SETTINGS
Manage how you receive alerts in the 'Trading Preferences' section in 'My Account' when logged into your Spreadex account.
Choose whether to receive alerts by email, text or push and whether you want to receive audio alerts.
