To open an account, simply fill out our online application form. Applying for an account is a quick and simple process. You can access our application form 24 hours a day. We will require complete and accurate details in order to establish your identity and carry out anti-fraud and security checks.

You may be granted an account straight away, however, in some circumstances we will require further information from you. Although we require employment details, we will not contact your employer as part of the application. We do not take any applications over the phone.

You can and return it by post to address stated on the form.

We are required by law to make sure our service is appropriate for you, so before submitting your application please make sure that you read our terms and conditions and that you understand and are comfortable with the risks involved with spread betting.

UPDATE ADDRESS DETAILS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can update your address details and personal information online at machibet77.com. Simply log in to your account, go to ‘My Account’ and select 'Edit Contact Details', Edit Address' or 'Edit Security Details’.

Here you can update your postal address, correspondence address, email address, phone numbers and security details. Once you have updated your details you will need to enter your password and then click ‘Submit changes’.

Trading statements can be viewed online at machibet77.com within ‘My Account’, ‘Account History’, ‘Statements’. 

You may choose to receive instant bet confirmations and these will be emailed to the address you provided us when opening your account.

If you wish to cease receiving these then go to ‘My Account’, ‘Alerts & Messages’ where you will be able to adjust your notification preferences.

RECEIVE ACCOUNT STATEMENTs

You will receive a reminder email once a week to inform you that your statement is ready to be viewed online. We do not send out paper statements although we are happy to provide one at your request.

GIVE SOMEONE POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER AN ACCOUNT

You can request a power of attorney form be sent to you by calling our Back Office on 01727 895 000. Please ensure that you read the document carefully and complete the form in full, sign and have it witnessed before returning it to us. Once received, we will be able to set up the power of attorney on your account.

LOG IN IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD AND/OR USERNAME

If you have forgotten your Spreadex password, account number or username you can click on ‘Forgotten Login Details’ on the login page and follow the instructions to either create a new password or to have your account number or username sent to you.

If you are attempting to log in but receive a message saying that your password is invalid or your account is locked, please call either our Customer Services Team on 01727 895 000, Financial Trading Room on 08000 526 570 or Sports Trading Room on 08000 526 575 for assistance.

CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

If you would like to close your account we would need written notice via email, post, fax or you can call us on +44 (0)1727 895 000. We would always like to hear if there is any particular reason for why you may want to close your account.

Any feedback that you could give us which might help us improve our service would be gratefully received.

REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT

If your account has been suspended please contact our Back Office on 01727 895 000 with account number to hand, for help in reactivating.

If your account has previously been closed and you wish to reopen it, we would need written notice and your details (name, account number) via email or post and we will happily re-open it for you.

USE MY ACCOUNT IF I HAve moved abroad

In most cases you will be able to continue to use your account, although we do not extend credit limits to clients who live abroad. Any open positions supported by a credit limit would need cash transferred to the account in order to keep those positions open.

Unfortunately if you have moved to the USA or Turkey you would not be able to use your account due to the local laws in those countries. If you are in any doubt as to whether it is legal or not to use your account in the country where you have moved then we strongly advise that you check with the relevant authorities first before using your account.
