Terms and conditions

1) The promotion applies only to the account number stated at the top of the email sent by Spreadex.
2) To qualify for the offer, a minimum of 10 qualifying sports spread bets, which go on to be settled, must be placed by midnight on the date detailed within the email.
3) Qualifying sports spread bets must have the potential to win and lose at least £20.
4) Minimum stake for qualifying bets is £2.
5) Unless otherwise stated, closing or partially closing sports spread bets or void bets will not count towards a qualifying bet.
6) Where more than one sports spread bet is placed on the same market on the same event only the first settled bet will count as a qualifying bet.
7) If an overall net profit has been made on all sports spread bets, which go on to be settled, in the 28 days before midnight on the date detailed within the body of the email, Spreadex will credit the account of the person named in the email with £200.
8) Any adjustment will be made within two working days of the expiration of the offer.
9) If an overall net loss is made on all sports spread bets, which go on to be settled, in the 28 days before midnight on the date detailed within the body of the email, no bonus will be given.
10) Whilst a minimum of 10 settled qualifying sports spread bets must be placed to be eligible for the offer, the net profit or loss from all sports bets placed in the above period will be used to determine qualification for the £200 credit.
11) Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Spreadex offer and will expire if 10 qualifying settled sports spread bets have not been placed by the date detailed within the email.
12) Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice; Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to withhold this offer when it has reasonable belief there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source, or if it has reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way
13) Spreadex Ltd is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion.
