Daily Spread Betting Round-up
Anyone who has been paying attention to events in the French Open won’t be surprised to see that Daniil Medvedev’s shock exit from the tournament makes our big winners review from the start of the week. There were also spreads from the T20 Blast and the League One play-off final which rewarded canny punters.

DANIIL MEDVEDEV v THIAGO SEYBOTH WILD – MED/SEY SUPREMACY (SETTLED AT -15)
Daniil Medvedev is glad to see the back of the clay season after the number two seed was dumped out of the French Open by Thiago Seyboth Wild in a five-set thriller yesterday.
Seyboth Wild is far from a household name and the world number 172 hadn’t played a Tour level match this year, but the Brazilian made the most of his opponent’s inconsistency to prevail in a match that lasted over four hours.
There were some superb forehand winners from the 23-year-old and those who supported him by selling the Medvedev/Seyboth Wild Supremacy were rewarded. Before the match, the spread was 17-20 but with the outsider claiming a famous win the spread settled at -15 (ten points for the match winner, five points for every set won by) to win 32x their stake.
NOTTINGHAMSHIRE OUTLAWS v YORKSHIRE VIKINGS – DAWID MALAN RUNS (SETTLED AT 95)
Yorkshire had endured a dismal start to their T20 campaign and hopes were hardly high amongst the visiting party when they made the short journey south to Trent Bridge, but a stunning knock from Dawid Malan helped the Vikings to victory.
The English international opened the batting and was there at the end as he finished with a score of 95 not out from 56 deliveries. Scoring four sixes and eight fours along the way it was a superb display of power hitting and a reminder of Malan’s qualities.
Before the innings began, the Dawid Malan Runs spread was 31-35 with buyers winning 60x their stake.
BARNSLEY v SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY – SHIRTS x BOOKINGS (SETTLED AT 0)
Sheffield Wednesday won the League One play-off final in dramatic circumstances on Monday with Josh Windass emulating father Dean by scoring the winner in a play-off final at Wembley.
There was also joy for sellers on the Shirts x Bookings market which was 2050-2300 before kick-off but settled at zero leaving sellers winning a whopping 2050x their stake. This was a 90 minute only market and despite a dubious red card awarded to Barnsley’s Adam Phillips, Harry Isted and Cameron Dawson kept the score at 0-0 approaching extra time meaning there were no Shirts to throw into the mix.
Please note that these are examples of winning bets from the past week, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit.
