Can England reach their second consecutive ICC Champions Trophy final with a win over Pakistan on Wednesday?

England are the only side to have finished the group stages unbeaten, escaping a tough cluster of countries that included Australia, New Zealand and Bangladesh. Nevertheless, India are not only fancied to comfortably beat Bangladesh at a Supremacy spread of 38-48, but are the favourites to win the entire tournament, at an Outright Index spread of 64-68 to England’s 62-66.
