It is a bumper Championship betting preview this week as we bring you a lowdown of the latest Championship odds as well as boosts and specials across the seven matches involving our partner clubs.

Partner club West Bromwich Albion kick the Saturday off in the televised clash with Leicester and we have a wide range of in-play options as well as our bet builder feature and an extensive list of football spread betting markets.

WEST BROMWICH ALBION v LEICESTER CITY, SATURDAY 12:30PM

Partner club West Bromwich Albion are flying after a slow start to the season and after despatching 2nd placed Ipswich at the Hawthorns last weekend, the Baggies will fancy themselves against table-topping Leicester.

The hosts are 19/10 to get all three points whilst Leicester, once seemingly unbeatable but now with just one win in four are 31/20 to land a win on the road.

This match, which is live on Sky Sports was also previewed in our Higher Or Lower series in partnership with Oddschecker with a particular focus paid to our Total Goal Minutes spread which is 119-129. Host George Elek and tipster Jack Wright both opted to sell, whilst WhoScored’s Dan Worth fancied a buy. Would you be buying or selling?

HULL CITY v WATFORD, SATURDAY 3PM

Watford have steadied the ship a little of late after sailing through choppy waters earlier in the season and with the Hornets six points off the top six, now is the perfect time to build momentum ahead of the busy festive schedule.

They are 12/5 to win on the road against an in-form Hull side, with the hosts 23/20 to get the win and the draw backable at 12/5. City have won three of their last four matches to nil and a repeat outcome in Humberside can be backed at 5/2.

In our football spread betting markets, you can buy or sell Total Goals at 2.35-2.55 whilst the time of the first match goal spread is 37-40.

MILLWALL v SUNDERLAND, SATURDAY 3PM

Sunderland head to Bermondsey this weekend and they are 13/10 favourites to grab a win on the road against hosts Millwall. The Black Cats were beaten by Huddersfield during the week, but with Millwall winning just one of their last eight matches, they will fancy their chances.

We have a couple of bets boosts for the match, with Jack Clarke 27/10 from 9/4 to bag anytime for the visitors and Dutch sensation Zian Fleming 13/5 from 11/5 to do the same for the hosts. You can also back a Sunderland win with both sides scoring at 4/1 from 10/3.

SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY v BLACKBURN ROVERS, SATURDAY 3PM

Also priced up at 13/10 to get a win on the road are Blackburn Rovers who travel to face a Sheffield Wednesday side with just seven points on the board. Times are hard in South Yorkshire, but things are looking up for Rovers who have three wins in their last four and could move into the top six this weekend if results go their way.

It is the first meeting between the two sides since the 2020/21 season when both matches saw under 2.5 goals scored. Wednesday showed some bottle midweek when they rescued a point at home against Leicester and you can back under 2.5 goals in this one at even money with the overs line at 8/11.

SOUTHAMPTON v CARDIFF CITY, SATURDAY 3PM

Cardiff City are the biggest price of the weekend at 4/1 as they swap South Wales for Southampton with the Bluebirds generally saving their best form for home matches. The Saints have slowly risen up the league and are 13/20 to keep the feelgood factor rolling at St Mary’s with the draw available to back at 3/1.

In our football spread betting markets, Southampton have been given a 0.75-0.95 start on the Supremacy whilst Total Goal Minutes can be bought or sold at 134-144.

SWANSEA CITY v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN, SATURDAY 3PM

Four points in their last two matches has arrested the slide for partner club Huddersfield Town, who travel to Swansea this weekend on the back of an away win at Sunderland.

The hosts – beaten 3-1 in midweek by Leeds – are a shade of odds on at 10/11 to triumph at the Liberty Stadium with Town at 3/1 and the draw 5/2. There have been 13 goals scored in Swansea’s last three matches with both sides scoring in each match. You can back BTTS at 4/6, over 2.5 goals at 4/5 and a combination of the two using our excellent bet builder function pays 11/10.

BRISTOL CITY v NORWICH CITY, SATURDAY 3PM

It is an avian derby near the banks of the Avon this weekend as the Canaries travel to Bristol to face the Robins. David Wagner remains in situ at Carrow Road despite constant rumours surrounding his future at the club, a win for his side at 21/20 would do the Frankfurt native the world of good.

Norwich’s matches in the league this season have seen 67 goals scored at a rate of 3.72 goals per game, though Bristol City’s have seen just 38 scored at either end. Our football spread betting traders have the Total Goals spread at 2.65-2.85 with Total Goal Minutes at 135-145.
