Spread Bets Of The Day

Monday & Tuesday's Big Winning Bet's

Monday and Tuesday saw a whole host of top-level sport with the Snooker World Championships taking place, a Premier League encounter between Arsenal and Chelsea and action from the Indian Premier League.

As always, we have picked out three big winning spread bets from Monday and Tuesday’s action!

Please remember Spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit. They may not be suitable for everyone so please ensure you fully understand the risks involved.

LUCKNOW SUPER GIANTS v ROYAL CHALLENGERS BANGALORE – LAUNCH (SETTLED AT 704)

First of all, we head to India as the Lucknow Super Giants hosted Royal Challengers Bangalore with both sides looking to secure the win to stay in and around the playoff spots.

The away side were put into bat first and struggled to score at a decent rate with Faf Du Plessis high scoring with 44 runs off 40 deliveries to leave the visitors with a below-par score of 126-9.

Lucknow Super Giants then entered the crease and got off to an awful start losing their opening six batsmen for just 41 runs. They were eventually bowled out with just one ball remaining and 18 runs short of Bangalore’s total leaving the visitors joint on points with the hosts in the table.

With the game being a low-scoring game in the context of the IPL, the Launch market made up at just 704 (44 x 16 = 704). With a pre-match spread of 1400-1500 offered punters who decided to sell won 696x their initial stake!

LUCA BRECEL v MARK SELBY – TOTAL POINTS (SETTLED AT 3537)

Next, we head to the Crucible in Sheffield as Luca Brecel and Mark Selby went head-to-head in the Snooker World Championship final.

The final didn’t disappoint and is going down as one of the greatest finals in the competition’s history and broke records with four-time champion Selby making the first-ever 147 in a world final.

Brecel showed much of his calm style as he raced into a 16-10 lead before Selby fought back to 16-15. The 28-year-old Belgian then regained his rhythm to take the last two frames to become the 22nd player to lift the famous trophy and only the fourth non-British champion.

With the game being so highly contested there were a massive 3537 points scored. With a pre-match spread of 3249-3309 offered, punters who decided to buy won 228x their stake!

ARSENAL v CHELSEA – CROSS-BOOKINGS (SETTLED AT 0)

Finally, we head to the Emirates as Arsenal hosted Chelsea with the home side needing a win to put the pressure back on Man City in the title race.

The home side were certainly up for this one as they raced into a 3-0 lead after just 34 minutes as captain Martin Odegaard scored twice before Gabriel Jesus heaped more misery on Frank Lampard’s side.

The second half was a job of restoring pride for the away side who did get a single goal from Noni Madueke who got his first goal for the Blues.

But where was the value for the punters?

With there being only two bookings brandished in the game and both coming for Chelsea, the Cross-Bookings market made up at 0 (0 x 20 = 0).

Please note that these are examples of winning bets from the past week, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit.
