Daily Spread Betting Round-up
A massive weekend of sport is approaching including the Ryder Cup golf, lots of football betting available with the the latest Premier League matchday, 2023 Rugby World Cup fixtures for fans of rugby union and much more. Sports spread betting and fixed odds punters will be spoiled for choice regardless of their preferred sport.
Make sure you don't miss any of the action and keep an eye out for our pre-match and in-play price boosts on the website or our betting app, which you can download in the App Store or Google Play store.
As always, we look at some of the best bets and big winning spread bets from midweek.
Please remember Spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit. They may not be suitable for everyone so please ensure you fully understand the risks involved.
We start in La Liga where football spread betting punters could sink their teeth into several matches, including Atletico Madrid's visit at Osasuna.
It proved to be a very feisty affair and although the visitors left with all three points due to goals from Antoine Griezmann and Rodrigo Riquelme, the match saw three red cards issued! Two of these were straight reds, while Alvaro Morata saw two quickfire yellow cards in the closing stages.
With plenty of winning markets to choose from when it came to bookings, punters who sold on any multi-booking markets were happy with all the ill-disciplined action coming in the second half, meaning a make-up of 0.
For spread betting punters wagering on the Cross-Bookings market, a make-up of 2475 from a starting pre-match spread of 725 – 845 meant a tidy return of 1630x bettors’ initial stake!

In the midweek tennis action, ageing Swiss star Stan Wawrinka took on American Marcos Giron in the indoor ATP Astana tournament in Kazakhstan, and ultimately fell short in a very tightly-contested three-set affair.
With the match completely dominated behind both players' serves, there were three consecutive tie-breaks played. With Wawrinka securing the first, he may have expected to come up clutch again and secure a straight sets victory, but it was ultimately Giron who was more consistent and prevailed 6-7 7-6 7-6.
For tennis spread betting punters, buying on the Total Points markets proved to be a profitable decision. With a pre-match spread of 146 – 151 , buyers were left with a win of 81x their opening stake.

And finally, we end with the 2023 Rugby World Cup action where rugby spread betting punters with selling bets made good profit.
Uruguay took on Namibia and secured a 36-26 victory and consign the African side to a fourth consecutive defeat in the pool, but it was not easy going for the heavily-favoured South Americans. They were down 12-20 after the first half, but that did not dampen their spirits too much.
Ultimately it was a match with a tale of two halves as Uruguay came storming back in the second period to secure the victory, but for punters with foresight of a strong Namibia start (or poor Uruguay opening, depending on how you look at it), selling on the 1st Half Supremacy spread proved to be profitable.
With a pre-match spread of 30 - 38, the negative make-up of -30 meant a profit return of 68x bettors' opening stake.
