Daily Spread Betting Round-up
Another exciting weekend of sporting action is behind us as the Premier League returned and produced arguably the goal of the season already with Alejandro Garnacho's overhead kick against beleaguered Everton.
Jannik Sinner overcame the disappointment of his ATP Finals loss to Novak Djokovic to defeat the Serb en route to securing the Davis Cup for Italy for only the second time in their history in epic fashion, and India got revenge over the Australians in the cricket T20.
Online betting punters had opportunities for plenty of potential profits and, as always, we look at some of the best bets and spread betting winners from the weekend in our Big Winners roundup.
Make sure you don't miss any of the action and keep an eye out for our pre-match and in-play price boosts on the website or our betting app, which you can download in the App Store or Google Play store.

We start with the football betting action from the weekend, and Newcastle made a statement after their recent shaky form with a resounding 4-1 win over Chelsea in the Premier League. While the first-half saw both sides evenly matched and going into the break 1-1 with goals from Alexander Isak and Raheem Sterling, everything changed in two quickfire minutes in the second period.
After Jamaal Lascelles and Joelinton scored within a minute of each other, Chelsea's woes were compounded with the dismissal of Reece James less than ten minutes later. Anthony Gordon then put the finishing touch on the win as Eddie Howe's side moved up to seventh - five points off the top four and seven points off the top.
For football spread betting punters, a buy bet on our Goals x Corners x Bookings multi market proved to be a highly profitable wager, chiefly due to the amount of goals and the hard-fought nature of the match which resulted in ten players being booked. While there were only six corners in total, the market settled at a massive 3,450 from a starting spread of 1,550 - 1,675, with punters making 1,775x their opening stake!

Tennis punters may have been expecting another Novak Djokovic win over Jannik Sinner after their meeting just days before in the final of the ATP Finals in Turin where Djokovic prevailed in two comfortable sets, but the Davis Cup semi-final meeting between the two ended in much more dramatic circumstances.
With Serbia holding a 1-0 lead going into the match, Djokovic knew a win would ensure his side reached the final. It was Sinner though that gave Italy a fast start and hope of a comeback after steamrolling the Serb in the first set, but the tables seemed to have turned as Djokovic predictably levelled the match in the second set.
The pivotal moments that changed the entire momentum of the match came when Sinner was serving 4-5 down in the deciding set. After falling behind 0-40 and three match points down, he somehow survived and broke Djokovic in the next game before serving out the set 7-5. Sinner then also played the deciding doubles rubber and won that too to lead Italy to the final, where they defeated Australia.
For tennis spread betting punters, buying on the Sinner 2-1 Set Betting spread proved a profitable decision. With the final make-up at 100 from a starting spread of 15.30 - 23.10, this meant a return of 76.90x punters' initial buy stake.

And finally, we end with cricket action as India got swift further revenge on Australia for their defeat in the recent World Cup final as they secured victory in the second T20 by 44 runs. Interestingly, the match saw the highest match aggregate in T20Is between these two sides.
Spinner Ravi Bishnoi took 3-32 to bowl India to a 44-run victory over Australia on Sunday, taking a 2-0 lead in the five-match series. The top three batters had scored half-centuries to propel India to 235-4, their highest score in T20s against Australia. Opener Yashasvi Jaiswal led the way at Thiruvananthapuram with 53 off 25 balls, while Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ishan Kishan scored 58 and 52, respectively.
Spread betting punters opting to place a buy bet on the Launch! market were rewarded for that profitable decision. With the market settling at 2,310 from a spread of 1,450 - 1,550, selling punters made 760x their opening stakes!
