Will Manchester City continue to dominate this Saturday or will Wolves bite back, at 12.30pm on Sky Sports? The title holders have looked just as good, if not better, than they did last season. Having won the Community Shield with relative ease, City came out the other side of their curtain raiser at Arsenal with an unruffled 2-0 victory. It was last weekend that they really let rip, a hat-trick from Sergio Aguero – who has a Super Mega PGM spread of 72-84 – helping Pep Guardiola’s guys to a hefty 6-1 win over Huddersfield. Championship champs Wolves, have unsurprisingly been less impressive. While a 2-2 draw against Everton was a decent result – even if it required a fairly late equaliser from Raul Jimenez – their follow-up wasn’t, the Midlands club suffering a 2-0 loss on the road to Leicester. Saturday’s game is a potentially disastrous taste of the big leagues proper for the hosts, with Spreadex offering a Man City/Wolves (h) Goal Supremacy spread of 1.7-1.9 alongside a Total Goals spread of 3.1-3.3. Looking to keep up with City, Liverpool host Brighton at 5.30pm on BT Sport 1. It might be early days, but the Reds seems set to pose a real threat to City this season. Yet to concede a goal, they hammered West Ham 4-0 in their opening game, before coming away from Crystal Palace with a 2-0 victory. Mohamed Salah has a HUGE Super Mega PGM spread of 77-89, while Sadio Mane, who actually has 3 goals already in 2018/19, is at 54-62. Though they lost their first game to Watford 2-0, the Seagulls picked up a sizeable scalp last weekend, holding onto their first half lead against Man United to win 3-2. That might not mean much when they arrive at Anfield, however, with Spreadex offering a Liverpool/Brighton Goal Supremacy spread of 2.35-2.55 alongside a Total Goals spread of 3.4-3.6. Turning to Sunday and Watford are aiming to remain in the top 4 when they take on Crystal Palace at 1.30pm on Sky Sports. The Hornets have had a fairly soft start to the season, though that shouldn’t necessarily take away from the fact they’re yet to lose a game. Kicking off with a 2-0 win over Brighton, last weekend they left Burnley with a 3-1 victory thanks to goals from Andre Gray, Troy Deeney and William Hughes. Palace’s first couple of games have gone pretty much as expected. A 2-0 win over Premier League returnees Fulham wasn’t exactly a shock; neither was their 2-0 loss to Liverpool, a match they had to play with only 10 men for the final quarter. Sunday’s fixture could be close, with the hosts narrowly having the advantage at a Watford/Crystal Palace Goal Supremacy spread of 0-0.2 alongside a Total Goals spread of 2.35-2.55. Finally Maurizio Sarri looks to keep up the strong` start to his Chelsea tenure when they travel to Newcastle at 4pm on Sky Sports. Bouncing back from their Community Shield disappointment, the Blues went on to breeze past Huddersfield in their opener, travelling back to London with a 3-0 win. Things were tougher against Arsenal, though Chelsea eventually came away from the derby with a 3-2 victory thanks to an 81st minute winner from Marcos Alonso. In contrast the Toon have looked pretty limp. A 2-1 loss was the outcome of their first game against Tottenham – which the result effectively decided within the first 18 minutes – while they failed to do anything against Championship promotees Cardiff, their fixture finishing 0-0. It might also be hard for them to get much out of Sunday’s match, with Spreadex offering a Chelsea/Newcastle (h) Goal Supremacy spread of 0.7-0.9 alongside a Total Goals spread of 2.6-2.8.
