Spreadex Sports previews the upcoming 2025/26 Premier League fixture between Arsenal and Brentford as the league leaders look to reassert their momentum after drawing with London rivals Chelsea at the weekend.

Mikel Arteta's Arsenal may have been disappointed coming away with only a draw against ten-man Chelsea on Sunday, but the Gunners' fighting qualities once again shone through as they had to overturn a deficit at Stamford Bridge. The North Londoners still sit top with a comfortable five-point buffer ahead of Man City, but Arteta will certainly hope his side can leverage home support to get back to winning ways and reassert their momentum as they hope to continue their title charge without any significant blips.
Brentford come into this one with little pressure and will be buoyed by a win last time out in the Premier League, although the Bees have had a topsy-turvy season so far with a recent trend of a win followed by a defeat, followed by a win and a defeat - with their last two defeats coming on the road. In their thirteen matches so far, only one has ended in a draw. If the away side can spring a massive shock here, they will boost themselves nearer the top-five in the table.
