Spurs take on Southampton, Big Bash League

Tottenham take on Southampton in the FA Cup, Celtic travel to Motherwell in the Premiership, and Melbourne Stars and Sydney Thunder battle for a spot in the Big Bash League final. It’s the Spread Bets of the Day!

With 16 goals in 28 appearances, Danny Ings is easily Southampton’s top scorer. Worryingly he has only scored twice in 2020, his last goal coming on January 11th.

However, he has got previous against Tottenham. He drew the Saints level during their loss in London, and got the winner at St Mary’s at the start of the year. He goes into the replay at a SMM spread of 22-27, in comparison to Son Heung-min’s 39-46.

2. Motherwell v Celtic – Total Goals, 2.75-2.95
Celtic are looking to at the very least maintain their 7 point lead at the top of the Premiership when they travel to Motherwell. They could even extend it to 9 or 10 points dependent on how Rangers do against Hibernian.

Last time the 2 sides met, all the way back in the 2nd game of the season, it was a 5-2 thriller, the Steelmen scoring first and last while Celtic got a fistful in between. Will Wednesday’s game be just as exciting? Spreadex are offering a Total Goals spread of 2.75-2.95.

3. Melbourne Stars v Sydney Thunder – Melbourne/Sydney Supremacy, 2-10
Thursday morning sees the Melbourne Stars and Syndey Thunder bat it out for a place in the Big Bash League final.

The Stars have twice shown up the Thunder. On January 2nd they won by 3 wickets in Sydney; a week later they secured a 6 wicket victory in Melbourne, helping secure their place at the top of the points table.

Yet Spreadex are only offering a Melbourne Stars/Sydney Thunder Supremacy spread of 2-10, where it’s 1 point per run won by, or 10 points per wicket.
