Spread Bets Of The Day
Will the USA start another game hot? Can Ellen White wrench the Women’s World Cup Golden Boot away from Alex Morgan? These questions and more feature in our Spreadex Bets of the Day! 1. USA vs Netherlands – 1st USA Goal, 41-4412 minutes against Thailand. 11 minutes against Chile. 3 minutes against Sweden. 7 minutes against Spain. 5 minutes against France. And, heartbreakingly, 10 minutes against England. That’s how long it has taken the USA to score against each of their Women’s World Cup opponents en route to a record 5th final. It stands to reason that the Americans – who have won 24 of their last 28 international fixtures – will be aiming to come out of the gate early during Sunday’s final against the Netherlands, with Spreadex offering a 1st USA Goal spread of 41-44. 2. England vs Sweden – Ellen White to Score First & Last, 5.2-12.5Chasing the bronze medal for the 2nd Women’s World Cup in a row, England could get an extra consolation prize if Ellen White manages to steal the Golden Boot from Alex Morgan. Currently the Man City forward sits on the same 6 goals as the Orlando Pride star, so needs a decent haul on Saturday to be in with a chance of wrenching it away from her tea-drinking rival. What better way to do so, then, by Ellen White Scoring First & Last? Spreadex is offering a binary spread of 5.2-12.5. 3. Brazil vs Peru – Brazil Total Goal Minutes, 100-110In a turn-up for the books, Brazil and Peru are meeting for a 2nd time in the 2019 Copa America. A spot in the final for the hosts was the only acceptable outcome; as for the Peruvians, they were lucky to reach the last-16. Still, they knocked out Uruguay on penalties following a 0-0 draw, before winning 3-0 against 2-time defending champions Chile in the semis. However, the hosts inflicted the biggest loss of the competition – so far – on Ricardo Gareca’s side, beating them 5-0 in their final group game, causing Spreadex to offer a Brazil Total Goal Minutes spread of 100-110 ahead of Sunday’s clash in Rio. 4. Egypt vs South Africa – Ahmed Elmohamady SMM, 5-8Mohamed Salah may be the first name people think of when talking about Egyptian football, but his 2 goals at the African Cup of Nations means the country’s captain Ahmed Elmohamady is, on paper, every bit his equal. Yet despite both men scoring in each of Egypt’s last 2 group games, Salah sits at a far higher SMM spread – OK it’s not that hard to explain – of 44-51 to Elmohamady’s 5-8 heading into Saturday’s last-16 fixture against South Africa. 5. India vs Sri Lanka – Rohit Sharma Player Performance, 58-63Rohit Sharma’s record in the 2019 Cricket World Cup is pretty remarkable. The 32-year old has scored 544 runs in 7 innings, meaning he is averaging 90.66 runs per innings, with a high score of 140 runs when India outclassed Pakistan at Old Trafford. Though India have already qualified for the semi-finals, they can still top the group if they beat Sri Lanka on Saturday, and Australia mess up against South Africa (however unlikely that is). They’ll be looking to Sharma to lead the way, with the Mumbai man at a Player Performance spread of 58-63. Disclaimer: quoted prices subject to change
