Spread Bets Of The Day
A busy evening of Europa League football and the 4th T20 between England and New Zealand make our Spreadex Bets of the Day! 1. Man United v Partizan Belgrade – Total Goals, 2.5-2.7Defensively United are pretty solid. Only a handful of sides have been stronger at the back in the league, while in Europe they are yet to concede. But god they are lacking going forwards. In 16 games across all competitions they’ve scored 18 times – that’s an alarming 1.125 goals per fixture. They only narrowly got past Partizan in Belgrade, winning 1-0 courtesy of an Anthony Martial penalty. Will Thursday night be as uninspiring? Spreadex are offering a Total Goals spread of 2.5-2.7. 2. Wolves v Slovan Bratislava – Bookings, 43-47When these two sides met a fortnight ago, the Bookings make-up came in at 85, thanks to a late pair of yellows for Diego Jota, and a healthy stream of cards for the Slovakian hosts. Ideally Wolves will be after something slightly less ill-tempered as they try and gain a foothold in the last-16. Spreadex are offering a Bookings spread of 43-47. 3. Lazio v Celtic – Ryan Christie SMM, 17-21Bar, perhaps, their 2-0 Old Firm win at the start of September, Celtic’s 2-1 win at home to Lazio is their result of the season so far. Both Ryan Christie and Odsonne Edouard sit on 12 goals in all competitions. Yet the Scot has more goals in group stage – including the equaliser against the Italians – sitting at a SMM spread of 17-21. 4. Rangers v Porto – Rangers/Porto Goal Supremacy, 0-0.2Domestically, Steven Gerard’s rebuild job at Rangers seems to be going very well – only one goal separates them and Celtic despite losing the derby a couple of months ago. However in Europe they have been far spottier. An opening 1-0 victory against Feyenoord was followed by a loss at Young Boys and a draw in Porto. Their strength at home could win out on Thursday, with Spreadex offering a tight Rangers/Porto Goal Supremacy spread of 0-0.2. 5. New Zealand v England 4th T20 – England to win match, 40-45.5After a bright start England’s tour of New Zealand has soured somewhat. They were beaten by 21 runs in the 2nd T20, before blowing what should have been a comfortable chase in the 3rd to lose by 14 runs. That explains why their binary to win match spread has fallen to 40-45.5 ahead of the 4th fixture in Napier. They do have it in them, however – remember, they won the 1st T20 by 7 wickets.
