An injured player is stretched off the field. But what happened next?

It's derby day in the Premier League on Sunday with the Tyne Wear derby at noon followed by the Manchester derby at 2.05pm.

Newcastle came to life under Steve McClaren with a 6-2 win over Norwich last weekend while Sam Allardyce's first game in charge of the Black Cats was a 1-0 reverse at West Brom.

The Spreadex traders find this one tough to call and have the Goal Supremacy price very slightly in favour of the hosts at Sunderland/Newcastle 0 – 0.2 but suggesting that this is more likely to end as honours even.

For the Manchester derby meanwhile it's even tighter with a “choice” Goal Supremacy of Man United/Man City -0.1 – 0.1 meaning our traders can't split these two.

Elsewhere, we'll of course have in-play betting on the full list of Premier League and La Liga fixtures plus scores of matches from other global leagues.

The Pakistan v England second Test is underway after the first Test ended in an unexpectedly-exciting final day finish, with England just failing to reach their 99 run victory target.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat and shortly after lunch were 150 for three. The Spreadex traders had pitched Pakistan runs at 397 – 412 at this point with Pakistan 19/20 for the win, England 11/4 and the draw 9/4.

We also have in-play betting on the Sri Lanka v West Indies 2nd Test, India v South Africa 4th ODI and Matador Cup.

It's Rugby World Cup semi-finals weekend and after some big scoring quarter-finals will the tries continue to flow on Saturday and Sunday?

First up is Welsh conquerors South Africa taking on outright favourites and French demolishers New Zealand. Our traders have the Points Supremacy spread as New Zealand/South Africa 8 – 11 for this one.

On Sunday it's Argentina, who defeated Ireland in the quarters, against Australia who squeaked through against the Scots. Our traders see this one being a bit tighter and have the Points Supremacy spread at Australia/Argentina 4 – 7.

Don't forget the Aviva Premiership is now up and running and we'll have in-play betting from selected matches in that competition as well as in the Guiness Pro12, Top 14, ITM Cup and Currie Cup.

Lewis Hamilton can secure the title this weekend if results go his way in the U.S. Grand Prix. Hamilton needs to outscore team-mate Nico Rosberg by nine points to land a third world title.

Our traders again have Hamilton as the favourite to win the race with a 80-60-50-40-30-25-20-15-10-5 Race Index spread of 62 – 66, ahead of Rosberg on 49 – 53 and Sebastian Vettel on 41 – 45.

Hamilton's predicted final points total (he's currently on 302 with four races remaining) is 390 – 394.
