England have made changes against injury-hit Wales with Owen Farrell, Sam Burgess and Billy Vunipola all coming in for Saturday night's big Rugby World Cup clash, live on ITV at 8pm.

It's the final event of golf's prestigious FedEx Cup this weekend as the Tour Championship takes place from East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.

We're on to week 3 of the NFL season this weekend with last year's beaten Super Bowl finalists Seattle Seahawks still seeking their first win after two defeats in the first two weeks.

Seattle, who are 13/2 third favourites to win the Super Bowl behind Green Bay at 15/4 and New England at 17/4, host Chicago Bears this week with the Points Supremacy Seattle/Chicago 13 - 15.

New England host Jacksonville (New England/Jacksonville 13 – 15) and Green Bay host Kansas City (Green Bay/Kansas City 6 – 8).

Lewis Hamilton's lead at the top of the Championship has been cut to 41 points after he failed to finish in the Singapore Grand Prix.

Team-mate Nico Rosberg finished fourth but race winner Sebastian Vettel is now just eight points behind the German in the overall standings.

This weekend it's the Japanese Grand Prix and Hamilton is 8/11 favourite ahead of Rosberg and Vettel who are both 7/2 with the 80-60-50-40-30-25-20-15-10-5 Race Index spread for each 60 – 64, 49 – 53 and 48 – 52.
