HOW TO PLACE A HANDBALL SPREAD BET

To place a handball spread bet, look at the Spreadex prediction or spread on the market in question.

If you think the outcome will be higher than our price, then you would buy on the spread.

If you think the outcome will be lower than our price, then you would sell on the spread.

The more right you are the more you can win, but the opposite is the case if you get it wrong, as you may lose more than your initial stake.

Spreadex is offering a Total Goals spread of 50-53. You buy £10 at 53. The match then finishes 36-29, leaving you with a profit of £120 ((65 – 53) x £10).

Even, say, if the game finished at 30-27, you would still come away with a profit of £40 ((57 – 53) x £10).

However, if the game ended up at 24-23, you would suffer a loss of £60 ((47 – 53) x £10).

Goal Supremacy: This is the predicted margin, in goals, by which one team will beat another and the price, or spread, will indicate which team is being placed as favourite over the other.

For example, Spreadex is offering a Team A/Team B Goal Supremacy spread of 2-5. If you think Team A will win by more than 5 goals, you would buy. If you think Team A will win by less than 2 goals, or lose the match, you would sell. Spreadex also offers Goal Supremacy spreads for each half.

Total Goals: This is the total number of goals scored in a match. Spreadex also offers Team Goals spreads, as well as Total and Team Goals prices for each half.

Cross Goals: This is where the number of goals scored by Team A are multiplied by the number of goals scored by Team B. Spreadex also offers Cross Goals spreads for each half.
